Meet the head of Jalapa's OB/GYN Clinic

This is Dr. Lilliam Arosteguy, who now leads the clinic where we're
working. We first met her a year ago last March at the clinic at
Ocotal (in the same Department -- or state -- of Nicaragua), where she
came for training by PINCC.
